General terms and conditions of sale<\/strong><\/h1>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

By using REFRIGO SRL<\/strong>, you automatically accept and acknowledge the company’s general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

1)<\/p>\n

As long as the full invoice for the work has not been paid, there is no guarantee on the parts and work carried out, and the company reserves the right to reclaim the parts and accessories installed, replaced or changed, and to return the installation to the initial situation encountered prior to our company’s intervention.<\/p>\n

2)<\/p>\n

In the event of late payment, interest will be charged at the maximum legal rate in force, with a minimum of \u20ac40.<\/p>\n

3)<\/p>\n

The item sold remains the property of the seller until full performance by the buyer of his obligations, and more particularly until payment of the service and any accessories.<\/p>\n

4)<\/p>\n

In the event of any dispute or litigation, the courts of Brussels (French-speaking) shall have sole jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

5)<\/p>\n

The first 3 repair\/maintenance interventions by our company on a customer’s premises must be paid for directly on the day of the intervention, in order to create a relationship of trust with the customer.<\/p>\n
